 Yes, we have most of the items needed for surgical procedures. When you reserve the Implant Center, please notify our staff for all materials you need.

 Yes, we can accept them as long as the items are not used & still in good selling condition (the packaging is not torn)

 We ask that the item be given to us for a Quality Investigation. If it is found to be a product defect, our Specialists will recommend for a replacement.

 Sorry, we can only replace it with the same item as we have to apply for replacement from our principals.

Yes, we can replace them as long as they are unused and in good condition. They also must be within 30 days from the transaction date.
